Position Overview:
Vitality Health Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and strengthening referral partnerships. This senior-level role will focus on strategic planning, relationship development, and marketing initiatives that align with our mission and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase client acquisition and referral sources.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnership development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies with organizational objectives.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts, including planning campaigns, attending industry events, and representing Vitality Health Care in the community.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business development tactics.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to any business development or sales team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the home care industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and building successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems, provider relations, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
