Vitality Home Care is CHAP accredited home care service firm looking for a self driven and ambitious person to help build relationships with various referrals sources.
Must have prior experience in home health driving referral sources for Private pay and Med B patients in need of Home Health Aides, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Nursing. 
This individual should be personable and self accountable. Strong in building and nurturing long lasting relationships.
Results oriented mindset with creative solutions to drive results
Must have sense of urgency and able to work in fast past environment
Must have own transportation
Present homecare programs to community organizations, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities
